From the South Orange Symphony:

The South Orange Symphony is entering its 67th season providing opportunities for local musicians to perform, as well as opportunities for area residents to hear live classical music.

As part of the vibrant South Orange arts community, the orchestra holds regular Tuesday night rehearsals and performs three concerts each year in Sterling Hall at South Orange Middle School.

Members of the South Orange Symphony are your neighbors, residents of nearby towns, or could even be YOU!  The symphony is currently seeking to expand its string and percussion sections.

If you enjoyed orchestra before and would like to get back into the game, or are a solo player looking for an ensemble, join members of the symphony for their first-ever Open Rehearsal Night, Tuesday, September 1 at 7:30 pm, on stage at South Orange Middle School, 70 N. Ridgewood Road, South Orange, NJ.

Dust off your instrument and be ready to dive in for an exciting evening of sight reading!
