Former CHS football coach Dave Curtain
Former Columbia Football (and SEC liberty Division Champion) coach Dave Curtin is fighting for his life after a battle with genetic cancer led to heart failure. Doctors also believe the cancer has spread to his brain, which has caused blood clots in his chest.
Former and current CHS students have started a GoFundMe site to raise money to help with Curtin’s chemotherapy and surgery. So far, $2,600 has been raised toward a $25,000 goal.
