The following is from SOMA Action
Community members from Maplewood, South Orange, and Millburn are putting into words why they will join hundreds of thousands of other Americans in Washington, DC, in a march for climate, jobs and justice at the People’s Climate March, on April 29, 2017. Writes Millburn resident Ann Schwenke, “My daughter, my husband and I are going to the People’s Climate March to fight for clean water and air and to stand up for climate action on behalf of future generations. Denial is not a policy!” Follow the campaign with #WhyIMarch.
