Maplewood Flu Clinic

$20Township Flu Clinics will be held at the Municipal Building (Town Hall) 574 Valley St. Open to all residents, 18 years of age and older. $20.00 per person except for Maplewood residents ages 65 and older and Maplewood Medicare and Medicaid recipients. Please provide proof of age, residency and/ or program participation. For more information, refer to the flyer or call the Maplewood Health Department, (973) 762-8120.

o Wednesday, September 28th 10 AM- 12 PM
