Bloomfield HS Teacher, Coach Arrested & Charged With Sexual Assault of Minors

Leo Donaldson, a 30-year-old Bloomfield High School teacher and track coach, was arrested today and charged with sexually assaulting two minors.

Donaldson, formerly known as Leo Inglima, is accused of allegedly sexually assaulting two juvenile males ranging in age from 15 to 17 years old during 2015 and 2016 in his home in Bloomfield and his previous residence in Jersey City.

A press release from the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office did not specify if the minors were students at Bloomfield High School or not.

Donaldson was arrested  by members of the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit and charged with First Degree Aggravated Sexual Assault, Second Degree Sexual Assault by Contact, Third Degree Aggravated Criminal Sexual Contact and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Donaldson is a track and cross-country coach at Bloomfield High School, where he also teaches architecture.

Donaldson’s bail is set at $400,000 cash or bond, with no 10 percent alternative.
