Millburn Police Seek Public’s Help in Finding Burglar Who Struck Woman

The Millburn Police Department is seeking information on a man who struck a woman and robbed her in her Berkeley Road home on Tuesday.

Police responded to a report from a woman who said she encountered a man who had entered her home through an unlocked door. The woman told police she yelled at the man to leave, after which he confronted her and struck her. He then fled after taking cash, police said.

The woman was uninjured and there was no weapon involved. The man is described as a black male in his thirties with shoulder length dreadlocks, wearing  a baseball cap, white and gray shirt and dark pants.
