Local youngsters celebrated the start of 2016 by learning about New Year’s traditions around the world during a winter recess “mini camp” held at Temple Sharey Tefilo-Israel (TSTI) in South Orange, N.J. Little ones made decorations and party hats while older children wrote letters to their families expressing their wishes for the coming year.
Temple Sharey Tefilo-Israel, located at 432 Scotland Road, is a vibrant Reform congregation that offers Early Childhood Education, Religious School, teen programs, lifelong learning for adults and a full complement of religious services and cultural programs each month.
