Columbia High School held the commencement ceremony for the Class of 2016 on Wednesday, June 22 at Essex County College in Newark, NJ. Students, teachers, family, friends and district staff filled the gymnasium with love and spirit.

Principal Elizabeth Aaron told her graduates to “ask for help when you need it, give help when you are asked for it. Vote,” and to “work hard and work harder.”

A student representative reminded classmates that on leaving CHS to “spread Cougar pride throughout the world.”

Congratulations, Class of 2016!
