Enjoy Chef Rich Krug’s interpretation of Eastern mezze, small plates intended to be served with drinks and Hank Zona’s colorful dissection of his selections and pairings from a region (Greece, Turkey, Israel, Lebanon, Cyprus, Morocco) steeped in centuries of wine history.
