Come out for a fabulous kid-free evening at The Woodland in Maplewood! Join culinary experts – Sommelier Dan Amatuzzi and Oleologist Nicholas Coleman from Grove And Vine in NYC, for a tasting and education of fine wines and olive oils from Italy. Also enjoy open bar (beer & wine), hors d’oeuvres, live music, dessert, raffles and an auction! All proceeds go to the Millburn Cooperative Nursery School!
About Grove And Vine:
Sommelier Dan Amatuzzi has worked at famed New York restaurants Del Posto, Jean Georges, Babbo, Otto, and Eataly. You might have just met him at our own Words Bookstore promoting his most recent publication, “How to Host a Wine Tasting Party: The Complete Kit”.
Oleologist, Nicholas Coleman is the Chief Oleologist at Eataly NY and has also taught oil courses for Zagat’s Master Class, Bon Appetit, The International Culinary Center, The Institute of Culinary Education, Platinum Country Clubs and to Mario Batali’s critically acclaimed chefs and sommeliers nationwide.
