Somos SOMA Latinos Hosts Latin American ‘Carnaval’ Party on Feb. 10

If you like Mardis Gras, you’ll love Carnaval. A great celebration in South America, from Brazil to Colombia, is coming now to South Orange and Maplewood. Come dance, wear a costume or mask (or not!) in our first dance party of the year. A Samba dance demonstration, Brazilian percussion troupe and a fantastic DJ spinning salsa, bachata and merengue will make this an unforgettable party!
Proceeds from the party will be donated to the ongoing recovery efforts in Puerto Rico. Help us contribute to this great cause and celebrate in style while you enjoy a complimentary Caipirinha and light appetizers. You are welcome to bring your favorite drink.
