Tryouts for spring 2016 Maplewood Girls LAX teams will be held:
Friday, October 16th (Rain date October 23rd)
Chyzowych Field, Maplewood
6:15-7:30 pm, Grades 3-6
7:45-9:00 pm, Grades 7-8
Players should arrive 15 minutes prior to their start time for check-in.
Maplewood Girls LAX will field 3 teams – Grades 3/4, Grades 5/6 and Grades 7/8. Players must live in Maplewood or South Orange.
ALL PLAYERS MUST REGISTER IN ADVANCE OF TRYOUTS
Girls interested in trying out for one of the spring teams must register for tryouts online HERE. Players must have a US Lacrosse number to register and will have an opportunity to get this number from uslacrosse.org during the online registration process. Girls who have not registered in advance will not be allowed to participate.
To ensure accuracy and fairness in judging the players, Maplewood Girls LAX will use an outside team of evaluators.
Please remember to have your player bring her mouth guard, goggles, lacrosse stick, and water bottle.
There is no fee for this tryout. Registration fees due upon selection to a team.
Players will be advised by November 4th if they have made the team or not.
