A man armed with a revolver robbed the 7-Eleven store on Valley Street in South Orange of an undisclosed amount of cash early Saturday morning, according to the South Orange Police blotter.
At approximately 6:20 a.m. a man wearing a ski mask and dark clothing entered the store displaying a dark-colored revolver and demanded money from the register, police said. An employee handed over cash and the man fled the store, said police. No shoppers were in the store at the time. The Detective Bureau is actively investigating the incident.
