Maplewood Announces Special Needs Soccer Spring Clinic and Call for Volunteers

SPECIAL NEEDS SOCCER SPRING CLINIC

The Maplewood Recreation Department again welcomes all aspiring youngsters and teenagers with disabilities for an hour of athletic fun learning to play soccer in this Spring! Participants will have the opportunity to interact socially with other participants in a controlled environment while playing soccer. Led by coach Sharif again and his professionally certified coaches, with help from soccer playing volunteers; they will teach athletic skills and play energetic soccer games with all students. We look forward to you joining us for five weeks of soccer fun!

WHEN: Sundays (4/17 – 5/15) from 12pm – 1pm

WHERE: All classes will be held at the Maplecrest Park (226 Oakland Road)

WHO: Students with disabilities ages 5-18

FEE: $60 (T-shirt included with registration)
