The first quarter of 2016 finds us in the middle of what I call a Hyper Market with more homes Under Contract than available to sell.
We are trending at 101% of asking price with closed sales which is even more compelling as a good portion of the closed sales were the result of 4th quarter listings, which is usually a weaker market. It looks like we can expect the Maplewood Values to continue to rise this year; it also looks like the ReVAL isn’t inhibiting any buyers from buying.
So, clearly, we are still in a MAJOR SELLERS’ MARKET
