South Orange Police arrested Scott Cuskaden, a 44-year-old Green Village NJ resident on Monday at around 5 p.m., after he allegedly stole money from the tip jar — as well as a beverage — from the Starbucks on Sloan Street, according to the blotter.
Cuskaden then fled the store; officers arrested him on Village Plaza.
