Tryouts for the Maplewood-South Orange Girls Travel Basketball teams will be this week, Monday, October 20 through Saturday, October 25. Tryouts are open to all girls in grades 5-8 who are residents of Maplewood or South Orange.
Teams are grade specific. Pre-registration is required for the 5/6 and 7th grade teams. Both Maplewood and South Orange applicants can pre-register at: https://register.
TRYOUT DATES, TIMES AND LOCATIONS:
- 5th and 6th Grade Girls: Tuesday, October 21 and Thursday, October 23. 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Maplewood Middle School (pre registration required)
- 7th Grade Girls: Monday, October 20 and Wednesday, October 22. 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Maplewood Middle School (pre registration required)
- 8th Grade Girls: Tuesday, October 21. 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at South Orange Middle School & Saturday October 25. 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at SOUTH ORANGE MIDDLE SCHOOL. (no pre registration required)
The teams are combined this year and are open to all girls who are residents of Maplewood or South Orange in grades 5-8.
