2014 was a good year for Charlie Pollock and 2015 may be even better.

Last year saw Pollock starring on Broadway opposite Sutton Foster in Violet at the Roundabout Theatre Company. He also seemed to cast a cult-like trance on Julianna Margolies in his show-within-a-show role in Darkness at Noon on CBS’ The Good Wife.

Finally, Pollock landed the lead role in the Signature Theatre’s production of Elmer Gantry last fall. As a result of his critic- and audience-pleasing work there, Pollock has been nominated for a 2015 Helen Hayes Award. The awards will be announced at a ceremony on April 6 in Washington, D.C.
