Maplewood’s Charlie Pollock Joins Cast of Broadway’s ‘Pretty Woman’ June 11

Maplewood resident Charlie Pollock, who has a number of Broadway credits to his name, will be back on the Great White Way starting June 11, joining the cast of Pretty Woman at the Nederlander Theater.

Pollock is taking on the role of Philip Stuckey — originated by Jason Alexander in the 1990 film upon which the Broadway show is based. He joins Samantha Barks, playing the lead role of Vivian, and Andy Karl as Edward.

Pollock has appeared on Broadway in Violet, Urinetown, and 9 to 5. Additional New York stage credits include Off-Broadway’s Lazarus, The Wild Party and Really Rosie with New York City Center Encores!, and the Public Theater’s Shakespeare in the Park musical adaptation of Love’s Labour’s Lost.
