The following is from [words] Bookstore:

Columnist and cookbook author Mark Bittman will be speaking and signing copies of his newest cookbook “How To Bake Everything” at [words] Bookstore in Maplewood, NJ on Thursday, October 6, 2016. He will be joined in conversation with food critic and writer Peter Meehan. The event starts at 7:30 PM.

He’s a regular on the Today Show and has hosted four TV series, including Showtime’s Emmy Award-winning climate change documentary, Years of Living Dangerously.
