Confidence is the difference between dreaming about doing something and actually doing it.  It is not more complicated that that. Confidence is a mindset that we can achieve by eliminating a number of bad habits.

In this abbreviated workshop, you will explore the gap between your current and your confident self, and begin to break long standing habits, fears and behaviors that get in your way.

Diana Galer is a Chamber Vice President and an Executive Coach and Managing Partner with 2XL Concepts in New York City. Galer has extensive coaching experience and a long career in senior management roles in the Pharmaceutical industry. She has advised individuals on change management, communication styles, team leadership, accelerating success in new roles, leadership and strategy development, executive presence, and corporate culture and engagement. In 2014, Galer was honored with the Healthcare Business Women’s Association (HBA) Metro Chapter’s LEAD (Leadership Excellence and Dedication) Award for her numerous volunteer activities on behalf of the chapter. Galer has co-led and been and Executive Coach for the Circle of Advisors Leadership program for Executive Women since the initial pilot in 2010. Galer has been a Maplewood resident since 2011.
