Caroline Gosselin and Karolina Dehnhard Esq. know they have BIG shoes to fill. Still, the accomplished duo is not only undaunted but thrilled to be co-leading the Short Hills-Millburn pod of Believe Inspire Grow (B.I.G.), the women’s empowerment organization.

The head of the Gosselin Group at Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty and the associate in the Budd Larner’s Family Law Department will host their first official meeting Monday, June 1. The event, which starts at 9 a.m. at the Budd Larner Law Office will feature Linda Wellbrock founder and CEO of Leading Women Entrepreneurs  and with Tara Gilvar the CEO and Fouder Believe Inspire Grow as guest speakers. The two were instrumental in organizing an international women’s business retreat in which New York and New Jersey-based leaders connected with female entrepreneurs in Ireland last summer.

Dehnhard says she and Gosselin, who both attended the ground-breaking event, are excited to bring these inspiring leaders to the area.

“They are not only friends but spearhead two sister organizations both dedicated to empowering women,” the attorney explains. “Their seamless synergy and common mission led to the amazing networking opportunity in Ireland. What makes this most meaningful is that this is our official kick-off meeting as co-leaders and Linda and Tara’s presence and sharing of their journey only further supports why Caroline and I decided to co-lead this pod.”

Gosselin and Dehnhard credit B.I.G. with fostering “invaluable connections and endless opportunities for self-growth and development.”

“One thing that we experienced together — which will be forever etched on our minds — was joining other woman entrepreneurs on trip to Ireland to connect and develop relationships across the pond with our Irish counterparts,” Gosselin notes.

As the name suggests, the business women were truly inspired and heard the call to give back to the organization that has provided them with so much.

“Given my involvement as a speaker and member of B.I.G for the past two years, as well as Caroline’s involvement as the prior leader of the South Orange/Maplewood pod and member since the inception of B.I.G six years ago,  we both saw the immense value in leading a pod together and pulling all of our joint experiences and resources to help guide and promote other women in their business development and journey,” Dehnhard explains.

Women interested in learning more about B.I.G. are invited to attend their first meeting at no charge. Once they join, members are welcome to “pod-hop” and can visit as many events as they’d like. A monthly calendar is filled with options throughout the state and beyond.

Speaking of upcoming offerings, on Wednesday, June 3, the Millburn-Short Hills pod will host an an evening of “Information, Pampering, Fashion and Networking,” featuring music, food, and wine as well as a lively discussion on fresh looks and outlooks.

Dehnhard and Gosselin agree that the opportunities that arise from meeting like-minded women across all sectors and all stages of their professional life are limitless.

“Our vision is to provide, through our meetings and additional events, a blueprint for the woman who is thinking of the next B.I.G thing to the woman who is launching it. Together we are better!” Dehnhard says.
