Lots of exciting things are popping up in downtown South Orange.

Chief among them is the NJ350 Holiday Pop Up store, which will be housed at 65 South Orange Avenue (the old Love and Yogurt space) for four days — just in time for some unique, cool holiday shopping.

In honor of New Jersey’s 350th anniversary (aka the Sesquicentennial), the shop will feature New Jersey branded merchandise including shirts, glassware, mugs, books and more. ‘Jerseyopoly’ board game and “Goodnight, Jersey” children’s book, anyone?

Show your South Orange spirit by purchasing t-shirts, tote bags, mugs, hats and Christmas ornaments emblazoned with the vibrant South Orange Village Center Alliance (SOVCA) logo.

Local artists and craftspeople will have their wares for sale, including Donna Ritter, Joy Yagid, Doug Zacker, Margaret Martin, Mike Griot, Juanita Martin, Jennifer Glass, Debra Davidson, Michael Lonardo, Holly Scalera, Chrissy McIntyre, Sheila Sugarman, Carol Hicks, Andrea Weisbard and more. (Artists keep 100% of the proceeds of sales).

There will also be gift certificates available from Town Hall Deli, Spa Lady and great NJ items from Kitchen a la Mode.

NJ350 will be open from December 11-14, at the following days and hours:

Thursday, December 11, noon to 6 pm
Friday, December 12, noon 6 pm
Saturday, December 13, noon to 8 pm
Sunday, December 14, noon to 6 pm

There will be a Grand Opening and ribbon cutting on December 11 at noon.
