Stop & Shop, which is taking over the former Pathmark Store on Valley Street, will have its grand opening on Friday at 7:45 a.m., according to Bob Zuckerman, executive director of the South Orange Village Center Alliance (SOVCA).
“My understanding is that they have done some renovations to the old space but that more renovations will be taking place in the store over the several months. We welcome Stop & Shop to South Orange!” wrote Zuckerman in his weekly email newsletter, The Village Vibe.
