With temperatures forecasted to remain above 90, Essex County Executive Joseph N. DiVincenzo, Jr. and Essex County Sheriff Armando Fontoura announced that Essex County Codey Arena is available to the public as a cooling center. It will be open to the public Friday, August 12th from 12 noon to 10 p.m. and Saturday, August 13th and Sunday, August 14th from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. (All skating activities will not be interrupted.) Essex County Codey Arena is located at 560 Northfield Avenue, West Orange.
