To celebrate National Adult Day Services Week, SAGE Eldercare is hosting an Open House for its Spend-A-Day program.

The free Open House, to be held Thursday, September 22, 2-3:30 pm, 290 Broad Street, will include refreshments and entertainment by Zoom. Spend-A-Day staff will answer questions and give tours.

“Spend-A-Day is part of SAGE Eldercare’s commitment to helping people be able to live in their homes as they age. We offer a safe place to spend the day with stimulating activities that are individualized to each participant’s needs,” said Deanna Butters, Director of Spend-A-Day. “We look forward to answering any questions about our program and if it is a good fit for your loved one.”

National Adult Day Services Week, the third week of September, was established in 1983 by President Ronald Reagan in order to raise awareness of the availability and accessibility of adult day service programs nationwide.
