The following is from Seton Hall University:

The Harvest Fest at Seton Hall University was hosted by the Ecology Club and the Office of Business Affairs on October 31; and sponsored by Coca Cola and Gourmet Dining Services. The event was hosted to highlight the Environmental Studies program and to showcase the campus garden in order to educate and inspire attendees to learn about and grow organic food.

Students gathered in the campus garden to play games, plant garlic, harvest organic greens and paint pumpkins. Coca-Cola hats and scarves were worn to keep warm. Hot apple cider, apple cider donuts and pumpkin pie were provided to all by Gourmet Dining Services.
