The following is from YouthNet:

YouthNet is a local, non-profit 501c3 organization, serving Maplewood and South Orange students in grades 6 through 12.  One of its missions includes developing ways for students to gain real world experience and exposure by participating in the mentoring/internship program with local businesses.

Internships are available this summer for students, entering grades 9-12, who are hoping to learn more about local merchants, graphic design, insurance, entertainment, and the restaurant industry. Internships are also available with non-profit organizations, municipal offices, local libraries, and volunteer organizations.

Please see Mrs. Hernandez in the Counseling Center for more information or an application.  You can also click here for an application.  The deadline is May 31st.
