The 15th annual Maplewood in Motion 5K and Kids’ Fun Run, sponsored by the Maplewood Lions Club, will take place on Sunday, October 18.
The 5K takes place at 9 a.m. and the Kids’ Fun Run starts at 10 a.m. The race starts and ends at Kings in Maplewood Village.
Online registration ends on Thursday, October 15, at 5 p.m. Registration for 5k racers costs $25; the cost for the kids’ fun run is $10 (children 12 and under). The prices increase to $30 and $15 respectively after the end of online registration.

WHERE: A certified 5K loop course STARTS & FINISHES near the Kings & Maplewood Movie Theater. Fun run is 150m.
WHEN: RAIN OR SHINE! 9am 5K Run • 10am Kids’ Fun Run
AWARDS: Fastest male & female by age brackets and the 5th Annual Frank W. Turner Memorial Award to fastest first-timer. Results will be posted through Compuscore, a certified timing vendor. Medals will be awarded to all Fun Run participants.

PACKET PICKUP: Saturday, October 17th, 9am-noon: To be announced – check www.MaplewoodLions.org for updates. Race Day (Oct. 18) pick up at Ricalton Square (near the Start line) 7:45am-8:45am. Packets will include numbers with chips, sponsor give-a-ways and a T-shirt while supplies last – so register early.
