131 Maplewood Avenue, Maplewood (Amy Harris Realtor)

Built in 1894 and lovingly restored, this house is the best of old and new, and town and country. Located across the street from the Maplewood train station and 1/2 block north of the charming Maplewood village, this home offers both privacy and amazing walkability.

It was such a great example of Victorian style architecture, it was featured in a design magazine shortly after it was built in 1894.cover-of-mag

The authentic architectural details remain while updated to incorporate a more clean, modern feeling. The kitchen and baths have been renovated and a large 4 season sun room was added in 2014.
