Armed Robbers Hit Springfield Avenue Restaurant on Friday

On Friday at approximately 9 p.m., Maplewood Police officers responded to East Wok on Springfield Avenue to a report of a robbery, said Sgt. Christopher Black. Two men with their mouths and noses covered entered the restaurant; one displayed a handgun and demanded money, Black said. The men took the money from the cash register and then fled on foot.

February 12, 2015; Theft from Auto; A resident of 44th St came to headquarters and made a report of checks being stolen from their automobile.

February 13, 2015; Motor Vehicle Theft; Sometime over the previous two days a Dodge was stolen from the parking lot located at 50 Burnett Ave.

February 14, 2015; Theft from Auto; Between 7:00 and 9:30 PM, a wallet and bag were stolen from an unlocked vehicle on Orchard Rd.
