Bicycles, ATM and Auto Parts Stolen in Maplewood This Week

Two bicycles, one automatic teller machine and some auto parts were stolen this past week in Maplewood, according to the Maplewood Police Department blotter provided by Sgt. Christopher Black:

December 22, 2014 — Bicycle Theft: Sometime between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., two bicycles were stolen from an unlocked garage on Midland Blvd.

December 24, 2014 — Burglary: At 3:24 a.m., officers responded to Express Laundry World on Springfield Avenue [at 44th Street] on an alarm activation. Upon their arrival it was discovered that a vehicle had been driven into the front of the establishment and the ATM machine stolen.

December 26, 2014 — Theft of Auto Parts: At approximately 8:30 p.m., a Boyden Avenue resident observed a man remove the rear light and door handle from the resident’s vehicle before fleeing in a silver vehicle.
