Delivery Man Robbed at Gunpoint in South Orange, Police Say

A delivery worker for a food establishment on South Orange Avenue was robbed at gunpoint Sunday at around 1 a.m., according to South Orange Police. The man was making a delivery to a Holland Road address when two men approached him in the street, pointed a handgun at him and demanded his money, cell phone and food. The two fled on foot east on Kenmore Ave. into the city of Newark, said police.

The men were described as black with thin builds, one with shoulder-length dreadlocks. The Detective Bureau is investigating the incident.
