An Orange resident walking on Meadowbrook Pl. next to the park on Friday, August 26 at around 9:50 p.m. was approached by four teenagers who asked to use his phone, police said. When the man refused, the teens assaulted him and knocked him to the ground before running south.
Officers searched the area but did not find the teens.
