James Reed, a 39-year-old Newark resident was arrested on 9-27-16 after an investigation by the Detective Bureau revealed that he was allegedly responsible for a burglary to a residence on Cameron Rd., and an attempted burglary at a residence on Kingman Rd., police said.
Reed was also charged with offenses in the Townships of Maplewood and West Orange. Both offenses in South Orange had occurred during the daylight hours.
