South Orange Police arrested 18-year-old Angelo Duverge of South Orange on Saturday, April 16 at around 10:50 a.m. after a women told police Duverge had allegedly exposed himself to her on the eastbound platform of the main train station, according to the police blotter. Police arrested Duverge after the woman positively identified him.
