South Orange just turned the volume up to 11 on its 6th Annual National Night Out.
The event, taking place on August 4 from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Flood’s Hill, will feature live music from Aisle Five, a public safety fair, Kids Zone inflatables and activities, free giveaways, food vendors, a showing of Big Hero 6, and — just announced — a NorthSTAR Medevac helicopter landing.
The helicopter will land sometime between 6:40 p.m. and 7 p.m., according to Village President Sheena Collum.
