South Orange Police arrested 21-year-old Lemar Lester and a 17-year-old, both from Hillside, on Friday at around 11:30 p.m. and charged them with allegedly robbing several teens at gunpoint at a house party on Tillou Rd. West, according to Chief Kyle Kroll.

Police responded to the house after getting reports of several teens being robbed by a group of males who reportedly brandished a handgun and demanded their cell phones and money as they were leaving the party, said Kroll.

Officers were able to get positive identifications of Lester and the juvenile, said Kroll. Both were arrested and were allegedly found to be in possession of the stolen items. The Detective Bureau is continuing the investigation at this time.
