The Virtual public hearing is for the application of the undersigned: to permit, seeking relief from Section 271-70 (A)(4)(b) for increased façade length proposing 59.9½ ft (left) and 55.2½ ft (right), where 40 ft is the maximum permitted, and for encroachment into pre-existing nonconforming side yard setbacks of 6.77 ft and 5.66 ft, where 7 ft is required, in connection with the construction of a two-story addition, and any and all variances and waivers as deemed necessary by the Board. On the premises at the property address 53 Highland Ave, Maplewood, NJ 07040, which is designated as Block 33.02, Lot 111 on the Tax Maps of the Township of Maplewood.
