The Virtual public hearing is for the application of the undersigned: to permit, seeking relief from Section 271-70 (A)(4)(b) for increased façade length proposing 59.9½ ft (left) and 55.2½ ft (right), where 40 ft is the maximum permitted, and for encroachment into pre-existing nonconforming side yard setbacks of 6.77 ft and 5.66 ft, where 7 ft is required, in connection with the construction of a two-story addition, and any and all variances and waivers as deemed necessary by the Board.
