12 CHS Students Receive Perfect 800 Scores in SATs

Sarah Kleppe was one of 12 Columbia High School students to achieve a perfect score of 800 on an SAT.

Twelve Columbia High School students received a score of 800 on their SATs (the highest possible score) for tests reported up to March 2015 in the following categories:

  • William Chang – Physics
  • Michael Ferranti – Math
  • Sarah Kleppe – Math
  • Brigid Lynch – Math
  • Rocheny Noziere – French
  • Hannah Ratner – Reading
  • Eleanor Engelhard – Writing
  • Emelia Gertner – Writing
  • Nina Knight – Literature
  • Luke McPhillips – Math
  • Julia Oppenheim – Writing
  • Rory Yarter – Reading

The students were cited in the monthly South Orange-Maplewood Board of Education Recognition document which will be read at the April 27 Board of Education meeting at 7:30 p.m. at the Administration Building at 525 Academy Street in Maplewood, NJ. See the full Board Recognitions below:
