To the Editor:
We write to thank the South Orange-Maplewood community for electing us to serve on the Board of Education. We look forward to working with all of our fellow Board members, as well as parents and District staff, to make our schools great learning environments where every child is challenged and supported.
We offer special thanks to everyone who worked so hard to help elect us: hosting coffees, making financial contributions, distributing our campaign literature, reaching out to friends and neighbors, and publicly endorsing us.
We are both excited, and humbled, to have this opportunity to serve our district and our community.
