Morrow Memorial Preschool is holding a fundraising event on January 9 to raise funds for a little boy at the school who is fighting cancer at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

The “Love for Lucas – Snowball Dance” event will take place at The Woodland from 12-3 p.m. on Jan. 9, and will include a live kids rock band and fun activities; lunch will be provided by the Village Trattoria. Lucas and his family are Maplewood residents.

Tickets can be purchased at LoveForLucas.eventbrite.com; donations can also be made on the website. All proceeds go to “Lucas’ Get Better Fund” through GoFundMe.
