Humble — New Barre, TRX & Yoga Studio — Opens on Scotland Rd in South Orange June 24

From Humble:

Be Fit. Be Strong. Be Humble.

Humble, a new Barre, TRX, and Yoga studio located at 9 Scotland Road in South Orange, will open on Monday, June 24, 2019.

At Humble, we believe strength starts with the heart. We’re all about cultivating the best version of ourselves in and out of the studio. Find yourself through our Barre, TRX, and Yoga classes. Find your people in our inclusive community of humble warriors. We put heart into helping you be fit, strong, and humble. We want you to be greater than you were yesterday.

Humble is a space to let go and grow. It’s a community of people who encourage and inspire each other through exercise, relaxation, and motivation. It’s a reprieve where people can peel away their layers and cultivate confidence. Humble exists to help you radiate strength from the heart.

Humble’s name originated from Delon Nelson, Humble’s founder. He often heard people say, “Humble yourself” while growing up in Guyana. It was an order to relax, be raw, and be present. After moving to the bustling tri-state as a teen, he was inspired to use fitness as a way to radiate an inner calm. He and his wife Terri opened up the studio to share the humbling experience with others.

Humble is unlike your typical Barre, TRX, or Yoga studio. Our unique community welcomes students of all levels, whether you are at your humble beginnings or already a confident humble warrior. At Humble, you can find your people, find your peace, and find the greatest version of yourself.

Humble is currently offering all new clients one week free, so come try some classes!

[Editor’s note: TRX is an acronym for a suspension based exercise system and is known as Total Body Resistance Exercise.]
