News-Record: CHS Athletes Earn Conference Kudos in Girls Soccer, Boys Soccer & Football

A number of Columbia High School Athletes have earned recognition in their conferences for the fall 2018 season, according to the News-Record.

In football, senior Trey Harris made First Team Offense in the All-Super Football Conference-Liberty Blue Division.  Sophomore tailback Al-Jay Henderson was selected Second Team Offense; sophomore cornerback Michael Caines made First Team Defense; and sophomore slotback/cornerback Kai Arrington, Honorable Mention.

Four CHS girls varsity soccer players earned All-Super Essex Conference-American Division honors: Senior defender Naomi Joseph, First Team; senior midfielder/forward Meredith Meyer, First Team; senior midfielder/forward Ceci Munoz, Honorable Mention; and junior forward/midfielder Grace Bratter, Honorable Mention.

Three CHS senior boys varsity soccer players earnedAll-Super Essex Conference-American Division honors: Senior goalie Sam Maidenberg, First Team;  and seniors Julian Lyons and Ethan Pidgeon, Honorable Mention.
