Jones, who is the associate VP of technical support services at Montclair State, has filed suit along with a colleague, alleging discrimination on the basis of sex, retaliation and failure to promote. She is represented by Nancy Erika Smith, who successfully represented Gretchen Carlson in a sexual harassment suit against Roger Ailes.
