The Planning Board discussed the potential rezoning of Pierson’s Mill, affordable housing, and tightening regulations on demolition. “…there’s so many regulations in Madison, in Chatham, in Short Hills, in Summit, in Morristown, Westfield, etc. that now the developers are moving here. And that’s not a good pattern,” said local architect Thomas Conway.
