Everyone “elfed up” in South Orange Village Center on Saturday as Santa greeted kids of all ages at the Sloan Street Firehouse and later led a parade up South Orange Avenue in a firetruck to light the village tree at the PNC bank building.

Festive holiday music was provided by student singers from Mark Murphy Studio, as well as Clarity Brass and the Red Scarf Singers, with the addition of performances by students from the Maria Priadka School of Dance. Hot chocolate and cookies, free candy canes and paper elf hats were distributed.

Hometown Holiday was made possible by the support the Lichtman-Rabney Team of Keller Williams and is produced by the South Orange Village Center Alliance and the Baird.
