Have you ever wondered what it was like to walk among the dinosaurs? Bring your family to Maplewood Library on Friday and get a taste when Field Station: Dinosaurs visits. Hear stories, sing songs, and dance, all before coming face to face with an incredibly life-like T-Rex!

TGIF on springfield avenueIt’s the fourth Friday of the month, which means it’s TGIF on Springfield Avenue. When you visit a participating Springfield Avenue business and support the local “charity of the month” you’ll receive a special offer from each shop It’s a great opportunity to give back to the community while supporting your favorite local businesses or, trying a new exercise class or restaurant. This month, TGIF on Springfield supports local food pantries – Bring canned food items.

In this highly anticipated premiere, the heroic Westley (actor Cary Elwes) provides behind-the-scenes commentary and takes questions from the audience following a full screening of the classic film. The Princess Bride: An Inconceivable Evening with Cary Elwes features never-before-shared secrets and tales of inconceivable antics! Journey back to the lands of Florin and Guilder – filled with adventure, romance and intrigue. (And let’s not forget Rodents of Unusual Size!)
