South Orange Police arrested Richard Singleton, a 20-year-old Petaluma, CA resident, and Andres Fragoso, a 20-year-old from Union City, NJ on Saturday at around 2 a.m. after officers responded to noise complaints about a party on Arnold Terrace. As police investigated the incident, the two allegedly became combative with the officers and refused to stop their aggressive actions, said police. Officers placed both under arrest and charged them with obstructing arrest.

Warrant arrest
Dustin Gamble, a 22 year old South Orange resident was arrested on 10-15-15 at approximately 11:40pm after an officer familiar with the subject and aware that he had an active warrant issued for his arrest out of South Orange was taken into custody while on Sloan St., transported to police headquarters and processed accordingly.
Unlawful taking/vehicle
Jon Griffith, a 26 year old Pembroke Pines FL resident was arrested on 10-16-15 at approximately 1:50am after the subject had jumped into a victim’s running vehicle (2014 jeep) and drove it several blocks away before exiting same. The subject was arrested at the scene of his exit (S.O. Ave./Trenchard Pl.) transported to police headquarters and processed accordingly.
Theft of packages
A Vose Ave. resident stated that sometime during the evening hours of 10-15-15 an unknown actor(s) had removed two large boxes that had been delivered previously to the victim’s residence. The boxes contained radiator covers and a Panasonic headset.

Burglary to dwelling
A Western Dr. North resident stated that sometime around midnight on 10-13-15 she heard noise coming from her first floor living room area and believed it was her daughter making the noise however, when she entered her living room the following morning she discovered that a desk had been ransacked. The victim stated that her front door had been left unsecured. It is unknown at the time of the report if any items were stolen.
Warrant arrest
Calvin Hale, a 51 year old Mine Hill resident was arrested on 10-15-15 at approximately 1:50am after a field inquiry was conducted during a police action to secure the main train station and during same it was discovered that the subject had numerous outstanding warrants issued for his arrest. The subject was arrested at the scene of the inquiry, transported to police headquarters and processed accordingly.
