South Orange Police arrested a 15-year-old teen from Newark on March 1 at around 9 a.m. after detectives determined he was allegedly in possession of a stolen vehicle that was used in an attempted strong-arm robbery of a man on Fairview Ave. on February 3, according to the police blotter. The teen was arrested at his home, transported to police headquarters and processed accordingly.
